Man...20 miles to get to Rotterdam from Europortland..What could i do ?
Got there Jimmy the rastaman had a Puncture, stopped to see if he needed help, it was all under control, he directed me to a coffeshop even though i dont drink COFFEE.
Youssef and his brother looked after me then i was on me way. At this point ive been behind my schedule, never mind, im on holiday.
The going was good, on cyclepaths all the way to Antwerpen, theres tunnels big and small and same with the paths, Some of them like motorways...Quality.
When i was in Rotterdam, it just started to rain as i was going down one of the tunnels, under the many waterways, when i came out the other side the rain had passed, so far so good. I spotted a Polski sklep in the dam and have heard they are in talks with Mcdonalds about merging as a company, if you zoom in you might be able to kupic something. The pic with some flags and a pub is actually the border, mines a orange juice ta....
Also just inside Belgium, a place called Kapellen(fields of flander) i came across a bike race, part of the summer fete, naturally i declined, but my satnav ran out of power. Help was on hand Koen got on the case, nice man 30 mins later i was off. Hotel for the night in Antwerpen powered up and zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
